Description

The 2021 La Encantada exhibits a delicate nose with subtle cranberry, currant, pepper and hints of baking spice.  The bright and fresh palate bursts pleasantly like chocolate covered cherries.  The full mouth feel is highlighted by a rich red berry, ripe red plum and pepper finish.  This should age nicely.  Drink: Now – 2031
