Description

Refined and complex, the 2021 Bentrock is simply luscious.  All senses are engaged, starting with the beautiful ruby color, followed by an elegant nose of rich blackberry/plum jam with accents of vanilla and fall spices.  Smooth and silky on the palate, the wine delivers a full mouth feel that is soft and glossy, with flavors of blackberry, plum sauce, cocoa and cola, and a nice baking spice finish. This well-balanced wine will age nicely and should only improve with time.  Drink: Now – 2031
